Payment Info

Payment methods are strictly between the seller and buyer. Once a buyer has been awarded a sale a result of the highest offer, the transaction to conclude a purchase is strictly between seller and buyer. Upon payment of the website service fee, the buyer will receive full contact information of the seller and can make payment and property pickup arrangements accordingly.

If payment is not received within 5 business days of a listing closing date and time, the winning buyer will be banned from placing offers on all future listings.
