• Must be registered, and in good standing with Surplus Equipment Deals. Registering to the site helps us keep unwanted users or scammers from buying and selling items thru our site. Once we establish a certain amount of registered users we plan to not charge a 4% buying / selling fee and instead charge a small monthly fee to each registered user so when buying and selling thru our site you'll save even more money!
• Must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a contract with Surplus Equipment Deals.
• Do not place any offers for items you do not intend to purchase. Results will be posted after the close of each listing.
• You agree that You will pay all taxes assessed by governmental bodies, whether local, state, provincial, national, or international, associated with your use of the Website. We will report all payments as income received from you to SurplusEquipmentDeals.com to all proper taxing authorities.
• Buyer agrees for and on behalf of customer, Buyer heirs, successors and assigns that customers shall indemnify and hold Surplus Equipment Deals harmless from and against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any items including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damages.
• Buyers are advised that no physical inspection of the sale items is available. Sellers will give their honest and best description of each item listed.
• Sale items are sold "as is, where is", with no expressed or implied warranty or guarantees. Surplus Equipment Deals is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. The descriptions of the items have been written by individuals untrained in these areas. Photos are merely representative of the items and may not be relied upon for disclosure of all defects. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• If you buy an item with the " BUY IT NOW " button, the 4.0% buyers fee will be removed from the sale
• Surplus Equipment Deals reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to reject any and/or all Offers considered as not in its best interest. Surplus Equipment Deals also reserves the right to withdraw an item at any time - including during the listing process.
• You are responsible for verifying your offer prior to selecting the "Place Offer" button. Once an Offer is placed they cannot be altered or changed.
• Each online listing must be paid for in full within FIVE working days from the date of the each listing closing buy the Winning buyer. If not paid and claimed, Surplus Equipment Deals reserves the right to relist each item, in its sole discretion, any such items after the aforementioned FIVE day period. A $500.00 " No Show Fee " will be charged to a bidder's credit card on file if not paid within FIVE working days. Payment of each sold listing will be made directly between the seller and the buyer.
• Buyer assumes responsibility for all applicable taxes, title transfer and registration fees. "Seller Website Fee" of 4.0% of the total selling price will be charged to your credit card on file when each listing closes. "Buyers Website Fee" of 4.0% of the total selling price will be charged to the credit card on file when each listing closes. If your credit card on file won't accept the "Seller / Buyer Website Fee" because of the credit limit available on the credit card you have on file with Surplus Equipment Deals, you will have to send the "Seller / Buyer Website Fee" by bank wire to Surplus Equipment Deals, We will provide the bank wire details in an email directly to you from the email on file with Surplus Equipment Deals.
• Winning buyer must appear in person at the time of pick up, and must be prepared to remove the items from the property at the time of payment. Unless agreed between the buyer and seller, items will not be shipped and removal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Motor Vehicle titles for titled vehicles and titled trailers will be provided to the buyer by the seller.
• You may be disabled and barred from future participation in Surplus Equipment Deals website for 3 months for any of the following:
  • Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions as stated.
  • Failure to make good and timely payment for the item(s) awarded.
  • Failure to claim purchases.
  • Intentional disruption of the listing.
  • Suspicious or incomplete registration information.

The following Offer increments are applied automatically.

Any new Offers placed within the last minute of the listing closing time will extend the closing time clock for another minute.

Any item(s) won or given away on SurplusEquipmentDeals.com are the sole responsibility  of the buyer / winner, seller to pay any applicable taxes or fees with each item.
